Wetlook Ceramic Tile Sealer for Wood Tile Floors

We frequently get asked by tile installers and/ or their customers, for a high gloss wet look ceramic tile sealer. More often than not, this is after they have installed the type of tile that looks like wood or natural stone.

These porcelain or ceramic wood tile floors can be beautiful, and people are using them more and more every year. They offer many advantages and appear very durable, offering the user, lower maintenance costs compared to natural wood or stone.

The issue with these floors, however, is that on occasion the surface finish can be rather dull in appearance, or the sheen itself is not uniform over the entire surface.

New customers come to us with comments about their floor looking great when wet (such as after wet mopping it).

However once it’s dry, the floor returns to a dull appearance… which the customer is not happy with. They always ask the same question…

Well, the answer is yes (it can be fixed). And yes there is a solution to the problem. It’s called GlazeGuard®.

The product was developed specifically for sealing ceramic and porcelain tile floors and surfaces. GlazeGuard® ceramic tile sealer is a water based clear sealer that will give the floor a beautiful wet look.

The product contains special adhesion promoters that allow it to bond to the hard tile surface, after the recommended cleaning procedure. GlazeGuard® is water and stain resistant and very durable.

The Product Should Last 3 To 5 Years Before Needing A Re-Coat.

GlazeGuard® is available in:

• High gloss
• Satin
• Matte finish
