Concrete Top Coats

If you have interior concrete, smooth steel-troweled concrete or polished concrete, exposed to oil contamination and high traffic  (for example in a factory floor, workshop or garage) and you want to protect against heavy duty oil stains, you can use our CoverShield U140. This is a very tough water-based sealer that is very oil and stain-resistant. U140 is  also available in a Matte finish low sheen finish.

If you have smooth interior concrete, steel-troweled concrete, polished concrete, or polished terrazzo, and you want to protect it against etching, food stains, acid stains, animal stains or discoloration, you should consider using CoverShield U100.

Whether used in a shopping mall, restaurant, warehouse, animal clinic or around the home, it's very safe to use, even around food.

This is a highly stain and acid-resistant sealer. It’s also very wear resistant.  And it will give you a long-lasting seal.

If you have steel-troweled concrete, polished concrete, or polished terrazzo and you have limited shutdown time, and you need to install a fast drying sealer, the CoverSeal AC450 is a good choice. This product is a stain and wear-resistant acrylic sealer that dries in 20 to 30 minutes. And, you can apply multiple coats if you want a very high shine. It's an excellent choice for restaurants, warehouse floors, garage floors, etc. Anywhere you need a product that provides protection from stains and discoloration but is fast drying and re-opens the area to service quickly, the AC450 is ideal.
