If you try to seal ceramic or porcelain tile with a product that’s not designed specifically for that surface, it will probably lift and peel soon after applying it.
You need a sealer that can really absorb into the surface. You need something that really promotes adhesion, allowing it to bond to the surface. That’s hard to achieve with surfaces that are dense like ceramic or porcelain tile.
